These terms govern your use of software services provided by Prasha Infotech LLP.

1. Project Scope & Deliverables

All software deliverables are defined in the specific Statement of Work (SOW) signed before kick-off.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, full source code ownership and intellectual property rights are transferred to the Client.
